Our Quality Assurance Policy

The David Mason Consultancy Quality Management System (QMS) is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standard. Through the design of our QMS and the requirements of the standard we are focused on meeting or exceeding the agreed expectations of the client and are committed to providing a high quality of management consultancy service that meets this definition.
Our Quality Management System is under regular review which builds in continuous improvement as required by the standard. This process enables us to continually focus on the expectations of our clients and ensure that we provide this high quality of service first time, every time.
The David Mason Consultancy Quality Manual and associated procedures detail the processes in place for ensuring the high level of service provision quality. On a project by project basis however the Project Initiation Document (PID) allows us to tailor the QMS to specific client requirements.
The PID contains a detailed breakdown of the scope of the project, proposed approach, key objectives and costing arrangements amongst other areas, as agreed with the client. Any changes to the project throughout its lifecycle, of which there will undoubtedly be, will be reflected in the versions of this document, as agreed with the client.
In this way all projects undertaken by DMC are constantly responding to the requirements of the client as the project develops, ensuring that whatever the outcome of the project the expectations of the client are met or even exceeded, first time every time.

Statement Of Quality Policy and Objectives
David Mason Consultancy has implemented and will continually improve the quality system as defined in our quality system manual.
We at David Mason Consultancy believe that quality is meeting or exceeding the agreed expectations of the client and are committed to providing a high quality of management consultancy service that meets this definition.
David Mason Consultancy aim to channel adequate resources into successfully tendering for projects that are selected to be bid for and aim to achieve successful project outcomes for the clients, as defined by the clients.
Meeting the requirement for high quality of service requires all employees and subcontractors to work together as a team with a core focus. Quality Objectives have been established to support this commitment and are constantly under review to assess their effectiveness.
