Our consultancy services range from strategic assignments for Government organisations and Multinational corporations through to hands on programme implementation. Our firm is made up of very experienced consultants, most of whom have previously held senior positions in one of the world’s largest consultancies. Our senior staff actually carry out the consulting work themselves, where detailed fact finding is required we would normally work in joint client/consultant teams to give you good value for money and provide the maximum opportunity for skill transfer or alternatively use our own internal research and support staff.

As an independent consultancy we work within a formalised network of other independent management consultants of similar size and experience. This network is joined through a non-profit making trading association called Blue Alumini . The co-operative currently has 15 member firms each with a senior background in one of the major 5 international consultancy firms. In addition we all have further contacts with independent consultants throughout the UK and can call on over 100 appropriately qualified and experienced personnel in all normally required business related consultancy disciplines. This means our Clients benefit from a large resource of highly skilled & highly qualified team members coupled with the benefits of dealing with a smaller Organisation.
